Work will be scheduled at a date mutually agreeable to the customer and ATE anytime within one year after the purchase order received by ATE, but not sooner than four weeks after order receipt.
ATE Warranty applies, except that ATE warrants any replacement parts supplied during the performance of this agreement for Sixty (60) days from the date of replacement. Warranties do not apply to cleaning, calibration of other services performed in the calibration, preventive/routine maintenance services.
The duration of this agreement is up to one (1) year
